The upper level features two bedrooms with queen size beds, air conditioning and private balconies with sea views, along with a shared bathroom. The outdoor area includes a private swimming pool of 25 square meters, sun loungers, umbrellas, a gas BBQ, an outdoor dining area for six guests, a playground with a football goal and parking space for up to five cars.
